I am on a mission...but I need your help!!!
Since Brandon and I keep pretty busy AND we now have more daylight which translates into more time working in the yard in the evenings after work, I am looking for some healthy crockpot options or even quick-to-cook healthy recipes! I would like to use the crockpot about twice a week but I need some good options to do so! We are trying to cut down on eating out. We eat out because it is quick and convenient. We just have to master this eating at home concept better than we have in the past! It will help us to have extra money and to get more done around the house!!! I appreciate any suggestions you might have!!!

I found your link through 5minutesforMom. I have the easiest crockpot recipe for you! Everyone loves it, you can't get it wrong. :)
One jar of Salsa, 3-4 chicken breasts...put salsa in the crockpot, add the chicken breasts and cook on low for about 5 hours. Take the chicken out and add some sour cream...how much depends on how you like the taste...then put the chicken back in and stir. The chicken will all fall apart and shred on it's own. Serve over rice, egg noodles, etc...leftovers make for some great chicken taco filler or burrito filler. It's so easy and so good!
Yes- cooking at home will save you TONS of money. Any money you would ordinarily spend on eating out, put that money in savings and watch it grow. :)
God Bless your marriage.

I need to do the same. We eat out entirely too much and waste so much money. And I hate to cook so crockpot meals would be ideal for me. I'll look through some of my WW recipes and see if I have anything to contribute.
Did you ever do your decoupage?

I found your link through Lindsey (aka the template chick)! ha!
There is a great cookbook titled "Fix It and Forget It". What makes this such a great crockpot cookbook.....it has more than 1 recipe for the same thing...which makes it easy to create your own recipe with whatever you have on hand! I love it!
